We always start with a concept idea and a thoughtful spatial design as there is no beauty without function and comfort.
Once approved we do concept visualisation. We develop collages and mood boards for the main areas, bring swatches and samples.
Next stage is to draw all necessary technical schemes and elevations and to prepare key explanations to the construction team.
Supervision of the construction process is crucial for success as it reassures that the project is done without compromising and all ad-hoc enquiries are handled promptly.
The selection and timely ordering of the materials, furniture, fixtures, fabrics, decor items and art goes through the whole construction process.
Once everything is on its place the final styling and photo shooting is organised.
We have been creating designs and supervising the residential renovations since 2015. During this time more than 60 projects were implemented.
The experience which we gained helps us to foresee the potential risks, to make proper project planning, to built business relationship with the contractors and what is more important to hear the clients' needs, expectations and provide them with the best solutions.
