This service offers you a structured approach to planning and managing your design and renovation, enhanced by our professional experience.
Level 2: Curated Home Design & Guidance
When you don't need our full home design and renovation but you still need a professional design service and implementation guidance to move forward we developed a Curated Home Design & Guidance Toolkit. It is a carefully curated design of your choice with a comprehensive implementation guidance.
You'll explore three professionally curated creative directions, choose your favourite one and receive a professionally developed design toolkit with personal guidance for the chosen creative direction. Besides it includes my 3 consultations whenever you need assistance on your way. They can be done online or offline onsite when you need them most during your renovation.
Design toolkit includes:
1 initial consultation onsite to see your house and discuss with you all necessary details, challenges and preferrences
3 curated creative directions and colour palettes for you to choose from
4 collages within 1 chosen creative direction: a template for a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom which you can easily adjust to other rooms in your home if required
2 online or offline consultations with me when required

Level 3: Complete Home Design & Renovation
Your home, thoughtfully designed and brought to life with comprehensive professional guidance, from the first to the last dot. We're not only developing bespoke design and technical drawings, building the budget, coordinating the details, sourcing furniture and finishes, supervising the construction, but working closely with the wider project team to keep the original vision consistent throughout.
The result is a home that feels cohesive, personal and thoughtfully resolved - without you having to navigate hundreds of decisions alone.
Including:
Measuring with a 3D Scanner and a Virtual Tour to refer to during the project
3 creative concepts developed bespoke for your home (creative idea, moodboard, colour palette)
Spatial planning, inner architecture and furniture layout
Design development for each room and space in your home (collages, moodboards, swatch boards, samples)
Technical drawings including elevations for Contractors and Building Control (if required)
Coordination of the whole project and its execution and implementation
Organising and evaluation of a tender for Building Contractor
Construction supervision during the whole construction project (site visits, cooperation with contractors and a building team, raising and solving ad-hoc questions to protect the overall vision and budget, keeping the project moving forward protecting not only the quality of the design, but also your peace of mind).
Procurement - selecting and sourcing all necessary FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) for the project, developing bespoke and built-in furniture, soft furnishings and decor items, access to all trade contractors and suppliers.
